Miniature house

For a client who purchased a new build home that had not yet been constructed, I was asked to create a miniature version of the house during its planning stage. Working from sketches and models, I translated the future home into a small scale object, taking some creative freedom in designing the surrounding gardens.
Reduced to the size of a paperweight, the miniature becomes a personal and playful object. It offers a way to connect with a place that exists only on paper for now, and to make the waiting period feel more tangible.
